AITEI equips UA educators with the knowledge and skills needed to integrate AI technologies into their lectures, course materials, and pedagogical toolkits. Our mission is to foster excellence in teaching and learning across disciplines by providing seamless, ready-to-use AI resources that can be easily weaved into existing lesson plans. We also offer an array of resources on the ethical, responsible, and inclusive use of AI in the classroom.

AITEI collaborates with instructors of all skill levels – from those interested in exploring a limited number of AI tools to enrich their existing courses, to those looking to build entirely new AI-centric curricula.

As a proud member of the SEC Artificial Intelligence Consortium, AITEI @ UA is especially focused on harnessing AI teaching tools to stimulate student engagement, and to better prepare students for the increasingly AI-driven future they’ll encounter after graduation.
